I will always respect your time and all I ask is that you do the same in return <3 With that being said, arriving 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in a $15 fee being added to your service. 15+ minutes late will be counted as a no call/no show and will result in 100% payment of service charged to the card on file. Canceling within 6 hours of your appointment will also be counted as a no show and will result in a 100% payment of service. Cancelling within 24 hours will result in a 50% payment of service.
